eBay Inc. reported this week that revenue for Q3FY11, increased 32% to $3.0 billion, compared to the same period of 2010. The year-over-year increase in third quarter GAAP and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share was driven primarily by solid top-line growth, partially offset by continued investment in key strategic initiatives and the impact of acquisitions. eBay Inc. Reports Strong Q2 2011 Results
eBay Inc. today reported that revenue for Q2FY2011, increased 25% to $2.8 billion, compared to the same period of 2010. Spearheading eBay’s change, Chief Executive Officer John Donahoe, has made at least nine acquisitions in the past year to expand into new businesses. But with a lower than anticipated forecast, this shows the acquisition spree is weighing on profits and margins.
